We've been inactive for a month now, after a few players found new jobs and were unable to play matches in the evening, and a couple of others have decided that L4D clan matches are not for them.
We welcome 3 new members into the team:
Clarke
Nofoez
Estanov
 Clarke and Nofoez are both Scottish, have great comms and look like being a pleasure to play with. Whereas  Estanov is Dutch, and a comedian on vent. Congrats to the two new Scots and to Estanov for passing his trial.

Just a quick update to let everyone know where we are and how we're doing!
We are currently participating in 4 ladders/leagues, although we may possibly be dropping one as there is a real lack of variety in it. The leagues and our current progress are as follows:
ESL - This has been the most active ladder for us, and we've played against some pretty strong sides. Our record is probably a little harsh against us, but most of these matches have been a learning curve for us. Our current record in the ESL is W1 D0 L5. Hopefully we can improve that soon.
ClanBase - This ladder has been good to us and although it started off with 3 teams cancelling on us in a row, we've since had 2 excellent wins over the weekend. With the 2 cancelled games, this gives us a 4 game winning streak and we are currently 6th out of 29 teams. Record: W4 D0 L0
Wireplay - We've only had the chance to play one Wireplay Ladder match so far, due again to cancellations and also to one team breaking a number of rules against us yesterday evening, forcing us to not wish to continue playing against them at any time in the forseeable future. Our one completed match was a win against [DA]. There are no current ladder standings available. Record: W1 D0 L0.
EL4DL - The European Left 4 Dead League is starting this week and it should prove to be a tough and interesting league for us to be taking part in. We entered late as a few members here forgot/didn't add their details in time, and we got put into Division 2 (instead of Division 3 like we requested). There are some very strong teams in our group, but I'm hopeful that if we can replicate the teamwork from our two clanbase matches this weekend, we'll do quite well.
With regards to current members, there are a few people who aren't as active as I'd hope them to be. We are currently recruiting 1-2 players at a mid-high skill level. To put in an application either post on our forum or contact us in IRC (Quakenet) - #zombees. We look forward to hearing from you  |
